Guest guest
Hello everyone - My name is and I am 27 years old. I am very interested in eating a more healthy low calorie diet. Right now I eat some what healthy foos at every meal - fruits or veggies - but I find I overeat quite frequently and allow myself a " splurge " too often. I am going to overhaul my diet completely and make a fresh start. I am interested in any suggestions you may have more a daily diet in order for me to get the nutrients my body needs. I take a multivitamin every day, drink hot green tea and a lot of water. My major issues is food. I exercise for about 30 minutes a day a few times a week. What do you typically eat in a day? I wanted to start out eating around the same plan every day for a week so I could get accustomed to the change without having to plan my meals right before I eat them. I was going to include multiple fruit servings, egg whites, salad with chicken, and a handful of nuts. I know this might not be " perfect " so any suggestions or tips would be great.
