Re: seaweed .. watch out for iodine overload

The prevalent opinion about seaweed in the CR community is that it

should be avoided because its high iodine content can cause thyroid

problems. See the references below.

As far as the claim that " seaweeds aid the absorption of fish oils " ,

have your Yoga student provide a reference from a refereed scientific

journal that confirms that. I think that the claim is bogus, and it

cannot be supported.
