Fish oil, D3, aspirin and melatonin have all been cited as beneficial to health in studies posted here and those studies can be archived or found in our files. I can think of a few which did prove harmful in the long run. I suspect that you didn’t get much of a response (with the exception of one post from ) because, well..... who knows? I do recall some research on Gingko which debunked it as being of any value.
