Guest guest
I'd like to read more on the subject Does anyone have a source that talks about longevity theory and " time of day " metabolizing? For instance, if " breakfast " is digested faster/stored less than foods at other times of day- does this relate to telemorase and the shortening of the replicative senescence program? Is a calorie a calorie whether it's stored or used, Whether consumed upon waking for before sleep? And what " time of day " role has glucagon in this? Thanks A.Metral
