Guest guest
I personally could find something to invest my share of the $425 million. I know for a fact I could use it. Think about it: These individuals live a normal life span. It's easy for Bush and White House staff to look away from us. He has no child with autism; no grandchild with autism. He has no idea. msherrett. 425 million in CAA? Did I read this correctly? $375 million: Improving and speeding the screening and diagnosis process. • $50 million: Training programs for doctors, scientists and health- care professionals. Does it really cost that much to train doctors to perform autism screenings? What about the parents and educators? Who is helping us with our training? We are the ones who are with our children day in and day out going to medical, behavioral, and educational seminars constantly trying to help our children in anyway possible. This is what is frustrating to me about this bill. THE MD's are getting $425 million to still say we don't know why autism occurs. Personally, I believe all the money should go towards research, treatment, education and Autism Relief to the families who are suffering monetarily and emotionally. I would love a response, because family and friends just don't understand my outrage.
