Guest guest
Does anyone have a source for corrections to the year 2000 printing of the book. It says Revised and Expanded Edition. I have found some things that I question. So I checked http://www.walford.com/corrections.htm which only has corrections to the 1st edition. These have been incorporated into my 2000 printing version. Here are some examples of issues I have with the 2000 edition: 1. On page 312 the recipe for Hummus has 2 tbsp of tamari. Should this be Tahini instead? Tahini is a traditional ingredient. 2. On page 328 the recipe for Roasted Vegetables says: 1 tsp sweet potato and 1 tsp parsnips and 1 tsp carrots. Shouldn't these be just 1 sweet potato and 1 parsnip and 1 carrot? Best regards, Ken
Guest guest
HI Ken You have a good editor's eye. I did not assist my father in the 2000 edition of Beyond the 120 Year Diet, but I know that there are a few necessary corrections. The Walford.com website will soon be completely revised. I will incorporate an update to corrections to the 2000 edition. Please forward me anything else that you find, I would really appreciate it.
