Hello all,

Brand new to the group, but am moving to the L.A. area and am in need of a CRON

nutritionist. Preferably one that is in the Los Angeles area. I have been on

various websites for information on living my CRON lifestyle, but would like a

professional's take.

Please e-,mail me or post below with a credible nutritionist/professional that

you may know. Thanks a bunch in advance!

if there is a person with the title of CRON nutritionist, that would be an

enterprising person. i've never heard of someone labeling themselves that. i

doubt it exists. you may want to contact nutritionists and ask them if they

support calorie restriction, but you may find that hard to achieve because

typically there is a misunderstanding of what calorie restriction with optimal

nutrition is about. for most people, CRON is a personal venture which involves a

lot of reading and monitoring what you eat on a daily basis, using diet tracking

software. you might find physicians who support calorie restriction. when you

ask physicians if they have heard of the practice they usually are aware of it

as something tied to protecting the health for longevity. i would be surprised

if you find a calorie restricting nutritionist. this is a long term practice,

not something you plan out in 3 days of consultation.
