HbA1c in CRON

Hi folks:

Would anyone care to comment on the HbA1c levels typically experienced

by people well established on CRON?

The 'normal' range is 4% to 6%. Mine is between 5 and 6, but my BMI

has risen lately from 21 to 22, while I am aiming, unsuccessfully, at

20.

Is it reasonable, based on people's experience, to have an HbA1c number

below 4 as a target?

Thanks for any input.

Rodney.

A HbA1c of less than 4 would be an average of below 65 mg/dl which is

concidered hypoglycemic. I had one done in Oct.,before I started

CR,and they didn't give me a reading over the phone, they just told

me it was normal. My daughter is Type 1 diabetic and her last one

was 6.8
