Guest guest
Who in the world would recommend 3,800 calories a day for a man 45 years old and 5'-11 " tall? No wonder people are fat if that's what they think a normal diet is supposed to be. chris Arturo Veve wrote: > > By cutting daily calories to about 1,900, roughly half the recommended > amount for someone his height and age, and exercising every day, > Delaney has shrunk himself to about 140 pounds. You point out to a problem in the editing of the article, in that the word " half " should not have been used because as you point out, 3,800 calories per day would not be the recommended daily amount of calories for a 5'-11 " man. It is more likely 2,600 to 2,900 calories per day. Calorie restriction is about restricting a percentage from the daily recommended consumption. A 5'-11 " man consuming 3,800 would not avoid obesity. Cheers, Arturo
