Guest guest
That calculation seems wrong to me. If you're restricting calories, your metabolism will drop. Thus, you won't burn those 580 calories Rodney's calculating. You'll burn less (I also don't think that Francesca at what? 112 pounds? burns 580 calories for five miles. More like 350 if that). Everyone in the " blue zones " is very active AND eats fewer calories. They are thin, healthy and live a long life. We are sedentary in the extreme, so we have to exercise. Another thing to consider is the emotional impact of exercising. For instance, I have a very sedentary job and I get depressed if I don't let loose with exercise. Yoga is just too stationary. I need to move. Depression can't possibly aid in living longer. > >>> > > > >>> > > Gosh. I love this place.
