It does an excellent job of providing a very balanced analysis of the

issues.

Also with respect to jwright's statement about saving those with high IQ,

you might like to read the book:

Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell

Francisca brings up a good point about who would be being saved. In the

Outliers book Gladwell points out that once someone's IQ is over 130 they

are more influenced by their social environmental conditions. Were they

raised in a socially positive and supportive environment or in an

antagonistic environment.

This Outliers book has been in extremely high demand in our local library.

The waiting list put me on at 140 in the waiting queue. After one month, I

finally gave up and acquired my own copy. Very well worth it and a great

read.
