Speaking of methionine: I thought we pretty much debunked that theory (see below). We’ve posted a study about fish and poultry eaters having a longevity advantage over vegetarians, and the study about fish and fish oil and eaters having longer telemeres - all suggesting that methionine is not involved in longevity.

Or not?

Whey is also low in the amino acid methionine (the restriction of which could possibly increase lifespan), relative to the other aminos whey contains.
