Guest guest
Leah, Sorry I am enjoying your posts so much, you just kill me!!! You should be a writer. Day was not to good for me either. Took my girls to UCP house, they play piano and dance every Tuesday for the consumers. 8:00 in the morning I park and the girls run in to do their thing, and I close the car door, then realize my keys are still in it! Well, I figure I will deal with that when we are ready to leave. 9:30 someone lets me borrow their truck to come home and get another key. I have never driven a truck, and never want to again!!! I forgot my house key was locked in the car, so I break a window and get my key and leave. 10:30 I get back to UCP house, key in hand and walk over to my car and discover that I not only locked my keys in, BUT LEFT THE ENGINE RUNNING!!!! Heat was blasting on high, no gas left and two kids crying that the car was on fire. Well, I get out my ATM card and go to get gas. Two thousand dollars in the bank and it says " insufficient funds " !!!!! All I wanted was a measly 20 bucks. Last straw I say to myself, but it wasn't. Not even enough time or space here to tell about the last 12 hours of this day. Now laugh away everyone and hope this makes your day seem brighter. Guest guest
, Today was so bad , that I said to my daughter, come on, let's clean your earrings and ears. (she just got second hole done) She started crying and said " please mommy, not today, wait till your not having such a bad day " You should have seen the fright in that girl's eyes! She must have thought something really bad was going to happen. LOL Thanks for the sympathy. Guest guest
Leah, Hang in there! I hate it when the kids get sick like this. I have 3 who hate to throwup, Garry, Sam, and . But when they do you would a volcano erupted--YUCK. will carry a bowl around " just in case " . Sam never remembers that he is old enough to use the bathroom . Plus he is like a board, I have to bend him in the middle to get him anywhere near the toilet. take care and try to get some rest. When will Hubby be back? & Garry, parents of (9), (8), JJ (6), (5), and Esther (3). All adopted & with Down Syndrome.

Guest guest
You might want to " suggest " to the dr. that you need meds that can be given rectally. There is Compazine for the vomiting - it also acts as a sedative!!!!
