There was a recent seminar down here at UCSD

(University California San Diego) on Vitamin D.

The best presentation with supporting research was

done by Dr. Heaney M.D. It is 44 minutes

long.

The research looks compelling to me. I especially

liked his analytical approach and correlation

functions about how much Vitamin D is sufficient and

why.
