Luigi or Alvise Cornaro...age at death?

I am curious as to how long this individual lived...In Roy Walford's

books, it mentions a number close to 100...Yet, I have searched for

Luigi Cornaro and then Alvise Cornaro ...and according to Wikipedia,

these two appear to be one and the same...however, the former died

at about 100 years of age while the latter died at 83.
