Aerosolization of bacteria

Yesterday, I watched a show where they took high-speed films of sneezes and

toilet flushings. It is amazing how many droplets end up in the air.

I had read before that if you stored your toothbrush in a glass or a toothbrush

holder in the bathroom, the brush would be contaminated with bacteria from the

toilet. It turns out that it is true. For some time, I have stored my

toothbrush inside the medicine cabinet.

Now, I think that I will close the toilet lid before I flush.
