I've been taking Longevinex, which isn't mentioned in the article,

for a number of years and will continue to do so. Whether its

equivalent-to-five-bottle-of-red-wine load of red-wine-containing

elements are " helping " or not, I don't know, having no control, but

it seems both prudent and conservative to me to invest a bit under a

dollar a day in it (longevinex.com).
