Does anyone have any ideas on how to locate a large size Rifton type

chair? I know Rifton only makes med size. I'm thinking of something like

barstool height with arms and a tray and a footrest, preferably with

wheels. Sounds like I need to find a carpenter right? There is a pretty

neat one in Abilitations catalog for a mere $2000. I don't need all the

fancy positioning stuff~ just want to use it for a " school " desk. I did

some searches on positioning chairs and they cost more than our house.

Wish I had a handy husband (well, that's not fair~ if I wanted a BOAT he

could probably build one). Just thought I'd check with you guys. Sherry

I would look at the BEST for what you want and then call KOVAR and ask how you

could get them to fund it for you! They have funded miraculous things. KOVAR

is the charitable part of Knights of Columbus and they provide money to buy

things for people with disabilities.
