Re:Cod liver oil: taking the 'cure'

Hi, Everyone............Sara......The vit A and cod liver oil are under Dr.

Megson's article........www.megson.com/ I read the article in

February and talked to Gareth's Ped. about it. He said the Cod liver oil

wouldn't hurt him, so I started it on my own. Needless to say, I have seen

NO change in behavior whatsoever. There was another drug that Dr. Megson

gave to 'jump start' the system.........I have not asked his Psych.about that

yet. I intend to on Monday when I see him.

............... I will admit I am ALWAYS looking for a 'cure'.

Guess that is why I try just about everything that comes up (within reason).

The world today seems so cruel and harsh compared to what I remember

growing up in. I know a lot of kids are friendly and help Gareth, but I have

seen the nastiness in others that really makes my heart cry. I get upset

when kids look at him like he's some weirdo from planet X. I love my child

dearly, but I would want a cure if one was found. Take care,

Thanks for remembering where I read about Cod lover Oil. I read so much stuff I

have trouble with my aging brain to extract WHere I read something. Dr. Megson

seems to have moved to the right in her theories. I would like to run them by

Elie's developmental ped now and see if this is becoming mainstream thinking.

Certainly easy enough to do if there is no harm in trying.
