Dear All

weight 2010: 63kg 2009: 62kg

height 2010: 171 2009: 175

BP 2010: 135/84 2009: 136/85

pulse rate 2010: 72 2009 59 times/min

Last year they reported some anormalities

in the heart. this year there were none. maybe

my increase in meditation helped that (ha!) They

once again spotted the stone in my gallbladder.

This probably came into existence from my weight

loss, having been fat most of my life. They

recommend cholelithiasis, which i think means

larascopic surgery to remove it. I'm going to

plan for that.

Sorry guys, my BP is not ideal for a CR

practitioner. Blood pressure is high in my

family, where heart disease is prevalent.I am

an intuitive practitioner now, living in a

country with metrics different than the ones

I grew up with. My pulse rate seems high. And

I gained one kilo, ugh!

Any observations will be welcome.

Cheers,

Arturo
