Guest guest
Nicola had appalling s e from risperdal, she was only on it about 12days and had tremors, not just intentional she could barely walk, increased urination, her tongue was sort of writhing, gagging all the time and the general demeanor of a zombie, she had a drug free break and then went on sertraline which had no apparent effect at all, then we changed her anti convulsant from sodium valproate to carbamazepine, the carbamazepine has a range of effect and also acts as a mood stabiliser and treats trigeminal neuralgia, touch wood she was had no crying or self abuse since dec. and no fits either, Pat
Guest guest
It's really scarey how some of these drugs can be so wrong or different for one of our kids and great for another. How alike our kids are yet how different their chemical makeup is. We just have to get back to their " blueprints " and find what is good for them and hope they don't suffer these awful side effects in the process of making their lives better.
