I'd just have to Google the translations from tbl to mls to verify it, so if you did the calculation correctly go by that. > > So from here do I continue on until all symptoms have gone? I am still on HCL after each meal and all the other supplements of course but otherwise I am feeling so much better every week and had very little retracing. I have plenty to retrace - Glandular fever, ibs, anemia, pnemonia and more. But I haven't retraced any of that yet does that mean I won't heal until I retrace all that? +++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year, so if you haven't retraced those illinesses, you aren't healthy yet. Also after you've gotten healthy you can't go back to doing what you did before because you will get sick again. > > I am feeling so much better I am planning to go on a 100km bike ride and am in training. So I am wondering with increased calorie need do I just increase the oil and protein amounts? +++Expect to get lots of detox symptoms after you are finished since that much exercise will mobilize toxins a lot! Yes, you can just increase fats and proteins. Bee

I purchased the last 5 gallons from mountain rose herbs which I thought was a good deal, until they added $50 in shipping +++Hi Lara. Even though the shipping costs may seem high, adding shipping to the cost of 5 gallons is still going to be cheaper than buying in smaller quantities or buying from other sources. Shipping doesn't add much to it if you calculate how many pints are in 5 gallons. I used to buy 1 gallon from them when I lived closer to Oregon, and it cost just as much to ship it as it cost for the gallon. I still saved over $300.00 than if I bought it locally or from any other company. The best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Lara, You might check the Nutiva website. They have a very high quality Coconut Oil and they sell it in 5 gal. pails. If you buy from their website you get free shipping on any order over $30.00. Make sure you go to their site through the link on Bee's website first so she can get a little kick-back. I was eating three teaspoons a day trying to work my way up to the five and a half tablespoons Bee suggests but don't want to over do it. +++Hi Theo. It doesn't matter how strong of an antifugal coconut oil IS, because you cannot cure candida by killing it off with antifungals. When your immune system is strong enough it automatically " makes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. However CO provides so many health benefits, other than being antifungal, including helping your body detoxify, for cleansing your body, for reconstructing cells, etc. so when you are unhealthy the therapeutic dose is 5.5 tablespoons spread out over 3 meals per day.
