Kathy, I don't go anywhere near Animal Planet unless I have a box of

tissues handy. I'm so glad to know it's not just me!

I justify it because I'm an acting teacher. I say that I'm just

exercising my emotions, but in reality, I think I might have some

wires crossed somewhere. LOL!

I don't know how old any of you are, but frequent crying is not uncommon

for perimenopausal or menopausal women. Interestingly, I find that when

I do cry these days--since LDN--it's for much shorter periods of time.
