Guest guest
I wish you the best of luck with your quest for a smoke free life After thirty years of a pack a day I am so glad to have finally quit Yes I am a QUITTER Jan 6 2000 never will I forget that day, I actually said I would quit on tne eve of the new millenium but then the next day I found a secret stash and well you know what happens then! As of today (Cigs being $10.00 a pack nearly everywhere) I have not spent nearly $14,600.00 I surely havn't saved it as I can't seem to find it anywhere but maybe just maybe I will live longer and better/healthyer? I too was getting very dizzy after my first smoke in the morning ( it just made it a little easyer to get the resolve to quit)so I guess that means I was not alone huh? I was just wondering if it will be easyer for you now since you are taking a drug to combat addictions? Some studys of Naltrexone with gamblers have shown that it helps them stay away from the habit so maybe that will be the case for you too. Now if I could just find that money I saved........... So far the winter around here has been nice but I hear Hawaii is still better right about now. Reg. -- [low dose naltrexone] Off subject ~ now a smoking battle Well Gang,I just quit smoking, again, a couple of days ago. For us die~hard smokers, we get to quit many times, don't we? Anyway, why I even mention it is that after having a half a cigarette a few moments ago, my balance was really compromised.

Guest guest
Russ, I know how hard is it to quit smoking. Been there, done it uncountable times. This last time my body and mind quit....I had too many spasms while smoking and somehow it was easy enough to say no.... I like your poem, keep writing!
