Guest guest
, How much code liver oil do you take? My medical case manager recommended it for the MS and to aid in the production of good LDL cholesterol. (Also I have very high trygliserides.) Sorry the pool therapy is not helping you. My PT told me with any inflammatory disease 78 degree water is best. I stay out of hot tubs but 78 degree therapy pools have worked in the past. I am looking forward to spring 2005 I am in NH and I may get a pool heater this year to insure the 78-80 degree water. Keep smiling & try to stay happy ;- ) Joanne -----Original Message-----From: Landau [mailto:carrieland2@...]Sent: Sunday, November 28, 2004 4:29 PMlow dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Off-topic: cod liver oilRainey, something just hit me. Normally, my legs hurt a lot of more and are stiffer when it rains. Since I've been taking the cod liver oil, however, that seems to have improved.________________________________________________________________Juno Platinum $9.95. Guest guest
, It IS helping. Regards, Tom [low dose naltrexone] Off-topic: cod liver oil Rainey, per Dr. Mercola's website, I take Carlson's Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. It's lemon-flavored, so the taste isn't too awful. I was advised to take 1 tsp. for every 40-50 pounds of weight, so I take a tablespoon every day. The breakdown per tablespoon is: Vitamin A-3300 I.U.; Vitamin D-1200 I.U.; Vitamin E-30 I.U. (Dr. Mercola also recommends taking an additional 400 I.U. of E with the cod liver oil); 3300 mg-Omega-3 Fatty Acids including DHA, EPA, ALA. As I said, I have no idea if it's helping, but I figure it can't hurt.
