First, try not to be offended! Some of us with MS have to hunt & peck just to get a post through, and some of us can barely see to start with! You can tell if one is shouting! All caps to me say it is just easier for that particular person. Kind of like some who never capitalize a letter. BIG DEAL! See the difference?

Most people find all lower case much easier to read than all caps if

people don't want to use the Shift key. I know a lot of people who

don't bother trying to read anything in all caps. Not complaining,

just a point of view.
