But I don't know if you can put your name on a waiting list unless you are a RESIDENT of the county!! I know I had to give them a utility bill and another proof of residency before I was put on the list.....that's the one bad thing, but Jeannie, it's worth a try......if you are moving to the Alliance area, which I'm not sure if the county is Tarrant or Denton, you can double check those counties to see.......
