Guest guest
, Welcome! I have been on LDN for six weeks after being on Avonex 1 year. What a difference! This group is great and you will learn a lot from the members. If you have stiffness, just get up and walk around for awhile, if you can. I have had rrms for 27 years and still walk, etc. I swim for my exercise. Exercise is important. Good luck. Peace! VCL Greetings all I am new to this site and just started LDN last night. I have rrms, since aug 2001. I look forward to support and info from you all here. Any suggestions are appreciated. Best wishes to all. And when I did noticed a difference when did--less fatigue and felt as if something was lifted off of me-must of been depressed. So now LDN. Is LDN only med you are taking for your ms? Guest guest
I was diagnosed last December, , and LDN is the only thing I've ever taken. I have added certain supplements, however, such as cod liver oil and blueberries. ________________________________________________________________ Juno Gift Certificates Give the gift of Internet access this holiday season. http://www.juno.com/give
