I take LDN at 8:00 to 9:00 PM. Interestingly friday evening I forgot to take it at all. I discovered this at 5:30 AM I took it then by that time I was so stiff I could not walk.

Saturday Morning I unstiffened and was OK. I have been taking about 45 days and have seen great improvements. Thanks for asking Joanne L.

Good question, as a beginner I was wondering the same thing--having to

take at the same time daily. And what if I do have a glass of wine or

say a " puff " is that okay or should I not indulge in such?

Friday,

I have been taking LDN for 6 weeks now, and I take it every night between 9:00

to 9:30. Every morning, I now wake up at 8:00 and cannot go back to sleep no

matter how hard I try. The LDN has put me on a strict regimen, Ha! Ha! And,

for it, I do feel better all day long. Heck! I just might be able to go back

to work.

Peace!

Hi Group,

Good to see that you are all well from your posts and its all

positive .

My question is, how many of you take LDN at exactly the same time

every evening and how many use to be vigilant with the time, like

myself, and have now become complacent and take it any time between

the times we are told to?

For those who apply to the latter scenario, do you feel

your 'recovery' or battle of symtoms and ldn benefits are any less

for doing so?

For example, I use to take LDN in the beginning at exactly 10:30pm

for weeks.

I have missed a dose here and there due to forgetfullness or chosing

to because I was having wine/spirits on that particular night.

Over time, and up to now, I began to take LDN any time after 10pm.

Sometimes 11pm, sometimes 12 or even 12:30am.

I must admit, in the beginning, my symptom relief was instantaneous

and my energy endless......now? deminishing although not back to my

pre-LDN days thank goodness.

Any similar experiences?

I've become more casual about the time, but it is still between 9 and 10:30. I don't see as much benefit in the form of energy and "feeling good" that I did in the beginning, but that change occurred while I was still very careful about the time I was taking it, not after I became more relaxed about it.

, Honestly I never drink or smoke two reasons: Family history of heart attack is great. I am at risk for all kinds of heart problems. My trygliserides are in the 600's and I take lipitor and tricore: again heredity. Doc said "no wine" I have never smoked so I don't. I pray a whole lot and exercise. Good Luck Joanne L.

Puff's fine, alcohol is questionable since it goes the same route as the LDN.

I take my LDN after midnight almost all the time. There were from Friday's when I took it at 10 or 11 before crashing, but mostly after midnight.

Lately I think I've been managing to take it before 1:10AM every day, but for a long while I was taking it anywhere between 12:30 and 3AM.

Haven't noticed any changes or fluctuations because of it though. Nothing I could put my finger on, anyway.

Friday, I generally take LDN between 9 and 10:30, though I've taken it as

late as midnight. Almost a year later, I finally don't have to pee every

half-hour. I guess I'm the slow kid in the class...

My son is 16, so being " specific " is outside the realm of his world.

Initially, he started out at 9:30 p.m., and did very well with that

time. But now, he's driving and he's out on his own alot, and not

always home at 9:30 to take it. I'm afraid to send it in the car

with him because you know how teens are...I'm afraid someone might

find it in his glove box and think they had something other than LDN,

and I don't want to be responsible for something like that

happening. Also, we tried the billfold thing, but a capsule got

crushed so we stopped that. He takes it when he comes in on these

nights, his curfew is midnight so it isn't any later than that. No

problems at all with doing it this way. He couldn't be doing any

better than he is!

On a humorous note, I tried text messaging his cell phone to remind

him to take it anytime he was away from home, and he promptly

threatened to " block " my messages. After having a slight flare up of

old symptoms over being without his LDN for 3 days, I no longer have

to worry about him forgetting to take it.

Interesting that you ask Friday

Yes I used to be very punctual and every night at ten on the button down it went.

Lately though as you say I even forget to take it and go to sleep, then once I woke up at five and quickly gulped down a pill, Now wether it was cause we are now back on mountain standard time or cause I am better adapted to it or even have repaired my self somewhat, I can't say but nothing bad happens anymore when I am late with my pill or even miss one day.

Now if I miss two days I start to have urgent bathroom breaks around three p.m.but then again I asked for it.So correct me if I am wrong but...I think there must be some actuall repair (small but noticeable ) going on all the time we are taking LDN.

I think likewise Reg " I think

there must be some actuall repair (small but noticeable ) going on all the

time we are taking LDN. "

I have had this for almost 22 years. I haven`t notice any change

before, but now, in last month, clearly something good is happening.

I have taken alcohol (get little drunk) time to time, and it hasn´t

make any difference to me. I take ldn in those days as I take in every

other days. Amount 4,5 mg is so small that it wont´t do any bad

symptoms to me, but I think we are individuals with that too.

-With best regards to all of you from SantaClaus´s home land ;) -lol@-

I would say go for it cause in my case now that thirteen months have passed I no longer can like a drink.

Wether I grew up or the LDN is doing it I can,t say but I just don't like booze any more and that is too bad as I just made four gallons of wine that people tell me is quite good, yet to me it is disgusting!
