Amalgam Removal Cost - Off-topic

I have MS and have been on LDN for over three months and I could not

think of a better forum for asking a slightly off-topic question. I

know that a number of MSers have had mercury fillings replaced. I

need one filling replacment soon and I want it done right. I have

found the written procedures, and I need to know what sort of a

premium I should expect to pay for the dentist's using the peoper

procedure. My " regular " dentist understands my need for proper

protection and I have furnished her with a copy of the procedure.

Understanding dentists in different parts of the USA charge different

rates, I would appreciate knowing what people have paid per tooth for

replacements.
