Guest guest
A good friend of my that is an organic farmer informed me about the difference between store bought pork and natural range grown organic pork. One of the big factors is that the range grown organic lard is full of vitamin D! If something as minor (major) as that can be the big reason that some people end up with MS! Could the lack of natural vitamin D be the reason that saturated fat might be bad? I am seeing many indications that animal fats might be an important part of a good diet. Absolutely avoid hydrogenated/Tran-fatty oils and fats! The margarine we were told would save us is really a killer!
