Guest guest
Delicia, I agree with you about stretching. And certainly the walking I do during the school day helps. (I teach drama and conflict resolution in an elementary school.) Unfortunately, the fire drills do me in, because we have to quickly go down three flights of stairs and then up again. Although I also haven't relapsed since last year--when I was first diagnosed--what frustrates me so much is that my legs are taking so long to get better. Everything I begin--yoga, tai chi, etc.--sets me back temporarily, even when I take baby steps. I had WRONGLY assumed that going into remission meant that I'd be all better. It's very encouraging to hear that you've been exacerbation-free for so long... ________________________________________________________________ Juno Platinum $9.95. Juno SpeedBand $14.95.
