Hey Kathy,

I take lorazepam too. I don't feel so alone. I'm glad you disclosed that info. I

haven't given it up yet and won't until I am ready. I take it for the anxiety

that

likes to wake me up in the middle of the night for no reason whatsoever.

Thanks Alice,

I think its important to be vulnerable on this forum. You never know

what others are dealing with. I have a friend whose Dr. prescribes it

for her almost all day. She has painful " electrical " like shocks going

through her body several times a day (has MS) and its the only thing

that helps. Its funny that with such a serious and sometimes painful

illness, somethings are still considered taboo to talk about. I have

nothing to hide, it calms the nerves...this is primarily a nerve

disease.
