Re: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Amalgam Removal Cost - Off-topic

Dear Larry, Good idea about the choro. I used to go al the time, i have a shorter right leg, and mild scoliosis. It used to help, i remember. Nruro says not to have chiro crack your neck, any comment on that???

Oh... no, don't know anything about histamine, never tried it, didn't interest me.

I just recalled another orthodox medical comparison to chiros.

I have always suffered with lower back issues. I remember in my teens my doc would prescribe me paraforte ? and no matter what I told them about my back, their answer was to kill the pain, never find out why the pain.

My first visit to a chiro in December 1989, with his hands on my lower back for 10 seconds... "Gee, Larry, I think you have a condition in your L5 either from a very young age, or you were born with it. Maybe something like Spina Bifida Occulta". Oh, Mr. Chiro, what does that mean? "have you had lower back pain at times?" >BINGO<

And he treated me As If I was born with SBO since 1989. Fast forward to 2002, I get sent for my MRIs, the Lumbar MRI suggests a CT to look deeper into 'something they think they see'. CT scan shows "Spina Bifida Occulta" in my L5/S1. My chiro was the first to get that report. When he told me the findings, he remembered. "Didn't I tell you this the very first time I saw you?" and he was so proud of himself. Not that he needed any redeeming.

I really think my chiros (not all are as good, I've checked out many) have kept me going all these years. SBO, MS, everything. Who knew we were battling MS? It didn't really matter. But they told me 'maybe go see a neuro' a few times in the last few years... 1998, 2000, 2002... I finally listened in 2002. But they kept me going, I KNOW it.
