Amen Larry, I for one am tired of being jerked around by the big drug companys. I have high hopes for LDN. of course you must have been reading of how the for injectibles are going to be using other drugs with their four drugs. Does that tell you something? They aren;t working, or they worked for awhile and now they are not. They are killing people with these drugs they keep churning out. my husbAnd is proof of that, as i said Lipitor almost killed him, he is still not back to his old self, i feel so bad for him, he is a great guy. Hisdoctor was only checking his blood once a year. When he went in, complaining of terrible pains in his muscles, a red flag should have come up in the doctors head. instead he prescribed Naprosyn, which is also hard on the kidneys,and an antibiotic, and sent him home That is when in the next two days he went into complete kidney failure, he was on dialysis four times. We counted, he had twenty two doctors seeing him. They all have said, he was one of the lucky ones. He is stil suffering terrible muscle pain, he never had pain any where before except one knee he injured when he was a boy, and that was bearable. When are these drug companys going to held accountable? I am so angry. My nuero would definately not want me on this LDN, but that is tough, it is my body and i can choose for myself. he is very unbending, he is the best neuro in michigan . he is also a prima donna. lololol Well. if he drops me, that is too bad, and he is the type who would. My first visit to him was late by fifteen minutes because of an accident on the freeway, he wouldn;t see me because i was late. He did it toanother young man once when I was there, his wife, who works with him had me talk to the mother, she can't even get him to loosen up. Ok. The site's group is chock full of people taking LDN all posting their results. Remedyfind has a lot of people taking LDN reporting in.

I'm only taking it since 4/17/03, 602 days now. My life was nearly over in March 03, I couldn't even leave my house without making 20 minute pit stops.

If NOTHING else, LDN has definitely changed my bladder issues to be better than I can ever remember. My RLS went away also. My hair and nails are growing faster and stronger than ever before.

And one really strange thing, I can curl the toes on my left foot (discovered that after 2 months on LDN). I was born with SBO in my L5, I could never curl my toes.

These are the common things I find with other people.

I recently had a staph infection in my left foot. The podiatrist gave me Levaquin and Loprox, told me to come back in 2 days. When I went back he told me that the way my foot looked, he thought he was going to be sending me to a hospital that day.

He's been in practice 22 years and he said he NEVER saw a retreat of the type of infection I had the way my foot reacted. I told him the theory with LDN and he said that has to be a major factor.

When I started in April 2003, few people online were taking LDN. It was easy to shut me up then. But people are taking notice, there are trials being ran.

Can't just dismiss LDN any more. It's not up there with bee sting therapy, and it's not down there with the CRABs, either.

If it's all in our mind, GREAT. We've got some collective illusion going out there now, and growing every day.

Patients aren't all idiots.
