Guest guest
Hello Everybody, I have RRMS and I'm trying to convince my doctor to prescribe LDN for me, but after all he has read he is still sceptical. I was wondering if any Canadians out there could give me the names and contacts of your doctors so that mine could contact them. You could write me off list if you like, I don't want to infringe on privacy. Thanks in advance, Take Care Bruce
Guest guest
Hi Bruce I myself never met a Dr. that wouldn't prescribe it for me or my brother however I have a number of friends that can't get it from their Dr.s since they have moved and are new to the Dr. or because they just don't come across as needing it I guess. You have to be totaly sold on it first. I believe that to just meet a Dr. the first time and ask for a prescription of a drug that has a new off label application is pretty bold. My word of advice here is to be as knowledgeable as possible on "Revia" then while asking for it by name promise to sign any waver that he or the clinic would require, Also you should highlight the pertinent info and present it in an appealing binder. I did that for my brother and his new to him Dr. was OK with that. We have a good downloadable pile of info for your Dr. which if you don,t have I can send your way.
