I was trying to clarify a question that you asked me to pose to him SIX MONTHS

ago. Foolish me--I thought you'd appreciate the fact that I was trying to

clarify things so I could get you a better answer.

As promised, I will attempt to get answers for ALL of you, but I think it's time

I left this group. If I do, I will rejoin in order to post Dr. Bihari's answers

or send individual e-mails to those who have asked questions.
