Today marks 7 complete weeks on LDN. Started on 10/23/04. No side

affects what so ever. No problems with sleeping. Haven't seen the big

dramatic results some have. But compared to what I was like before

October, it's an improvement. I also started taking liquid vitamins &

minerals from ENIVA about 2 weeks before LDN. The combination has

given me more energy. There is less fatige. I'm also useing a leg

exerciser from Ex N' Flex. Before October I was unable to even take a

few steps with my walker. I use a scooter. Now I can a least do about

10 feet. It' not wonderful but it's something. I do 3-4 25 minute

sessions on my Ex N' Flex EF-250. Also less depressed compared to how

I was before. Suicidal thoughts back in June. Lexapro helps there.

But I really believe that the combination of LDN and ENIVA products

is doing it's thing. The VIBE product is excellent.

I have posted this before. If anyone is interested in the ENIVA

products or ex n' flex, just private email me and I can send you

contact information.

ENIVA's web site, www.eniva.com This stuff helps a lot.

Any little change for the better even though not dramatic is still a

positive step. I hope that continues for you. I'm curious - are

you doing 3-4 25 minute DAILY sessions on your Ex n Flex? Have you

been using the machine for a while then? I've just began with it

and though I would like to do longer sessions, I have been advised

to increase by only a couple minutes weekly.

Regards
