and Group,

My brand of fish oil is Carlson Fish Oil, bottled in Norway. A serving

(one measuring teaspoon or 5 ml ) provides 1,600 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Accordingly, two measuring teaspoons provide the 3,000 mg of Omega-3 fatty

acids per day that are recommended for RA. I take one serving in the

morning and one serving in the evening.

Carlson is the brand recommended and sold online by Dr. Mercola. Be sure to

purchase the version labeled " Great Lemon Taste, " which does not taste

fishy at all.

The following are relevant Mercola web pages:

While fish oils are very beneficial for RA (and hopefully also SD), it is

important not to overdose so as not to intake too much Vitamin D.

Sincerely, Harald
