Guest guest
In the last 18 months, any illness my wife or kids brought home from school ripped through them as they typically do for a week, but everything I had was 3-4 days and nothing compared to what I used to get. I'm taking 3.0 since 4/17/03. Last week was the last one. My wife came home Friday and was just now feeling ok again, I felt it on Sunday, real bad on Monday, Tuesday was horrible but I was out all day, Wednesday I could breathe again and Thursday I felt fine. Last I heard was that Dr. B said anything less than 1.75 won't help, and anything less than 3.0 won't stop progression. [low dose naltrexone] 3 month improvement and then flu Hi. I have been on ldn for 3 months now. My life has changed. I couldn't even get on the elipical machine at pt but last week I did 11 minutes on it!!! Also, I can be a "somewhat normal" wife and mother. This last weekend the flu ripped thru my family. All 3 of us were vomiting and weak and fatigued. Everyone but me is better now. I got really spastic, wow. I could not sleep last night. I am just figuring that my immune system is being regulated again by the ldn after being reved up by the flu.Has anyone experienced this while on ldn and having the flu?One interesting point that I will make is that I am only on 1.5 mg with avicel as the filler. This works wonderful for me. Dr. told me not to get hung up on the numbers but to listen to my body. He wants me just to stay on the 1.5mg dose. I tried the 3.0mg dose and kept falling because I was soo spastic. My friend goes thru Bilhari and he told her he has some of the real sensitive patients on 1.5mg.karen
Guest guest
Hi , How encouraging. I have been monitoring chat sites on LDN for about 3 weeks now. I have been trying to convince my husband to give it a try. His doctor is not interested. Would you recommend Dr. or Dr. Bilhari? Where is Dr. located? We are in Monterey Calif.
