Hay Kathy, Glad you are seeing improvements also. At twenty days I was stiff also as I said in earlier e-mail. There have been more improvements: I am at about day 80. Hand-eye coordination has improved. As of the past few days I have been very emotional. I am wondering if anyone else experienced emotional outbursts at around 80 days. Also being that I am 48 I am thinking it could be hormonal. Thanks Joanne

I started on this dosage about 48 days ago. I stopped oral steroids a few days before starting LDN. The results have been wonderful. I am so very much better. I did experience stiffness and vivid dreams for about the first two weeks. I was not clear about the stiffness being LDN or the result of steroid addiction? The dreams and the stiffness are gone and for the first time in 12 years I am getting better and better. The quality of my life has turned around. I am looking forward to gardening and living the small stuff maybe even going back to work. (LDN gives me bladder control, clarity of thought, less leg and arm spasms are reduced, I am standing and working around the house for longer periods of time, sitting longer and typing better, hand writing has improved, these improvements have effected everyday life in a very positive manner.)As of last week I was and still I am experiencing some nausea from time to time it is livable compared to what my life was like before LDN. But not pleasant. May the white light of heaven shine on all of you today and send you blessings this holiday season. CU Joanne L.

I cry very easy Joanne...it doesn't take much. Mind you I'm 45 so the

hormonal thing is very possible - have also got 3 teenagers at home so

emotional out burst are very common place around here! Forgot to

mention that my spasms have decreased noticeably too ;) My walking is

quite poor though - very difficult even with a walker. Need to stretch

and exercise more.

Kathy,

I also cried easy before LDN the steroids kicked me into mood swings and maybe the MS or menopause at 45 I was told I was pre-menopausal. Me to I need to exercise more. I can only seem to fit it in daily but I am trying to add "exercise bike" to the stretching daily routine. I am thinking maybe exercise will improve mood but I am in NH and the cold winter weather that I can't get out into daily doesn't help. When it is sunny at all I may run errands: Drive-up windows for food, Bank, full service gas station. Part of my problem is that I have one teenager this year he will go away to college I want to foster another child but hubby says "no". So I am going to treat him like a baby. Funny how us woman need a baby. ( Joking.) Anyhow my walking is not that great either. I have a walker in the house. A scooter for shopping and distances. The depressing thing is trying to get around on ice and snow. But things are still a great deal better this year: LDN, the scooter, my chair lift, My husband has been more understanding since the MS dx at the Layhe.

Talk soon Joanne L. I pray that you continue improving and improving!!

Hi Roxanne, Thanks for understanding: the weather, handwriting, depression, the cats (we have one cat, his name is Mr.. Bigalsworth, he is short haired and all white)

Animals are great company and a true blessing. Happy Holiday's. I wish you great happiness and continued MS relief with LDN. I am sorry that your doctor is so opposed to LDN. My doctor just does not know what to do and my husband found LDN on the internet my doctor just approved it to please me and it has because it works. Talk soon Joanne L.

Roxanne, It is my understanding that steriods and Ldn work in two different ways. I had to come off steriod as they shut down the immune system and LDN restores it's correct function. Please check further online or have your GP do so. www.low dose naltrexone.com God Bless and Merry Christmas Joanne L.
