PS to Donna To insert data all you have to do is open any page (the

first one will do) and select *ADD RECORD* , a list with the now 10

*fields* will open up and all you have to do is to fill them in with

whatever correct info you want to include, when you have finished, don't

forget to *SAVE* the record at the bottom of the list to the left.>>
