It depends on who you see and what evals you have done. For example, our last visit was $1800 (not including hotel stay). We saw Dr. Capone, a psychologist and a behaviorial psychologist. (the psych visit was the most expensive at $800+) When you speak with Dr. Capone, you will discuss the types of evals you need, based on your child's issues. We could not get insurance to cover it because we have HMO. They told us they wouldn't pay because they said we were able to get the same evaluation done here in Philly (not true). I appealed it, but lost. Medical Assistance will not pay for things out of state either. You could try your insurance; it's always worth a shot. Also, we have something here called Family Driven Support Services (FDSS) and you can get some funding for things like this.
