LDN and Dreams

Hi All -

After all these months of reading almost all of the posts here I

think I'm seeing a relationship between those of us who report vivid

dreams (or not, or yes, but they have stopped - whatever the case)

and the level of improvement (or on-going improvement or lack of

improvement) we are reporting.

Now, this may just be wishful thinking on my part! I have been on the

LDN for 241 days (8 months) and my dreams continue to be vivid most

of the time.

So much so, that on Friday night, I dreamed I was in labor and when I

woke up (in pain) it took me a couple of minutes before the labor

pains went away!) Now yes I am a mom, but that happened 16+ years

ago, and if you had asked me prior to Friday what it had felt like, I

could not have told you . . . however Friday night brought it ALL

back to me in a very vivid way. I was actually a little freaked out.

Anyhow - today I read a post where the writer mentioned that (I think

a she) has been on LDN for a few weeks, had no sleep problems or

other side effects and she sees few improvements. I think I have

noticed a tie between the two things (the dream side effect and

improvements) before.

If anyone has an idea on this - or just wants to share their

experiences, please email me direct at allentownusa@.... I

will keep track of what is reported and if I find a relationship, I

will let the group know. It's probably best not to irritate those who

have little patience for off-topic conservations with this, as it

really is just something I THINK I am noticing, and not at all

scientific.

Thanks to everyone who wishes to respond. Cinders
