A tendency towards diarrhea, but that is better than the constipation I was having; even with a high fiber( I love the organic spelt bread at the local supper market.), hi fruit and veggie diet.

The stiffiness was sevier, now it is only moderate. What impresses me themost is the improvement in my guitar playing.
