I had some muscle tremors some weeks ago, along with slight fever and other stuff that the doc said was probably caused by a panic attack. Other than I couldn't get a clear diagnosis. I just started to wonder if the tremors were part of the panic attack, because to me they felt like they were caused by physical issues. Thyroid issues did come up, but the blood test couldn't confirm it. The tremors weren't like the normal SMA tremor. They were all over my body, and felt like the muscles tried to tense up and just barely making it. I felt it even in muscles I really can't move that much on my own.
