Well, it doesn't show that she lifts her head off the ground, but she's

definitely able to hold it up for a while.

Hello,

It has been nearly half a year since the Olesoxime trial took off involving

~150 SMA children worldwide.

I have not really heard of any results - except of one four-year-old girl,

Maya, who got on the trial. Yesterday, her dad uploaded a video where Maya

is able to lift her head off the ground - as he says, " for the first time

in 3 years " : www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XXWp1JD6-Y.

Isn't this wonderful news?

Also, she was lucky not to be getting placebo, seemingly.

Is anyone here taking part in the trial or knowing someone on the trial?

Any observations to share?

True, I wasn't precise enough. Still, it is quite an improvement as

compared to her abilities just a few months earlier - pic #4 below:
