Shin Splints/ Charlie Horses

Hello Everyone! I hope everyone had a great holiday & New Years. We all had the

flu over New Years- blech! But all feeling better now. Over the past few months,

Brett has complaining of pains on the front and back of his shins, but mainly in

the front. I am assuming it is similar to shin splints and/ or charlie horses. I

have been massaging them, using a heating pad and using Bio-Freeze and when it

is bad enough, using ibuprofen.

We have a rehab doctor appointment in March, which is the earliest we can get

in. Just wondered if anyone else experiences this on a regular basis and if you

have any suggestions? Thanks!
