Guest guest
JoAnn, God Bless you too. I like the weather here but my heart will always be in New England. I feel pretty good except for spasms. LDN since 7/8/03 4.5 mg, no progression. I'm becoming more and more convinced that we can beat this with diet, discipline and nutrition. No doubt I am much better if I avoid sugar, dairy and gluten but it takes a lot of discipline. Merry, Merry Christmas. Regards, Tom [low dose naltrexone] Improvement That's wonderful news, Raelene. Guest guest
Tom, LDN has given me a great deal of relief. You need to understand I have one Dx of MS at the LayheClinic ( It was Dr. Muriello who is a very good Neuro) based on symptoms only. Ten separate MRIs show no clinical proof of MS. As for sugar a RN friend told me all things in moderation I am staying away from newtrasweeet produces and have small amounts of sugar (PowerAde helps! once in a while.) I am lactose intolerant so I have very of little milk products. Exercise (stretching) are key for me. I have a wonderful PT who has designed a wonderful program for me. I have a call or message left for her perhaps we can work together on a book or video. God Bless Merry Christmas Talk soon Mrs..L. -----Original Message-----From: tom bayuk [mailto:tbayuk@...]Sent: Tuesday, December 21, 2004 11:10 AMlow dose naltrexone Subject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Improvement!!!!
