Guest guest
Jen, Super BLue Stuff is a gel that you apply to the area of pain/discomfort. Its main ingredients are: MSM, pure emu oil, whole leaf aloe vera gel and several herbal concentrates. I found the listing of all of the ingredients which are: Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Concentrate, Purified Water, Carbomer-940, Willow Bark Extract, Emu Oil, Witch Hazel Extract, Menthol, Triethanaolamine, MSM, Sorbitol, Capsium, Oleoresin, Extracts of (Blue Bottle, Roman Chamomile, Fever Few, St. 's Wort, Marigold, Lime Tree) Corlander Oil, Grape Seed Extract, Fragrance, FD & C Blue No. 1. And, yes, the samples are on ebay...depending on " who " you order the sample from, I think the price averaged $2.50 for a sample size, which can get approx. 2-4 applications. Guest guest
Wow now I am mad at myself. I too felt exactly the same way you did about this stuff. I saw it so many times on TV and thought the same thoughts. Went I went to the huge and I mean huge fair here this past weekend, they had a large tent set up just for the Super Blue. It was all over the place and they were really pushing this stuff, but I casually looked and said...it's impossible for this stuff to work, so I kept moving on. You see....if I knew that someone in our group tried it and said that it seems to work..like you just did...I definitely would of purchased the whole tent! That's me... " Skeptical Sue " ...wow..did I ever learn my lesson. I will have get a sample now..you definitely have my interest up now friend. Guest guest
Hello All, I know that I am at a much milder phase here than most but one thing I have found in the past few weeks is that hydration helps!!! I know it sounds so simple and ok, naive but honestly the days I don't drink my 8 glasses of water compared to the days I do are really noticeable!! No, of course I am not pain free, I still hurt and feel sloggy but I have found for me that it makes the difference between couching it and feeling like doing at least a little something with the boys. Maybe I was just chronicly dehydrated {like most of us!} but heck, try it!! It doesn't cost anything and I am hoping may help with my full moon {ok, yes wishful thinking!!} Hang in all!! Guest guest
Hi ! Thanks for a very good reminder! Flushing our systems out by drinking a lot of water helps our bodies get rid of the waste and toxic substances left in our systems both from our numerous health conditions and also from our medications. Doctors should be reminding us of this, but most docs are not real nutrition savvy. Wouldn't you know it that the easiest thing to do for ourselves (drinking a lot of water each and every day) doesn't cost a thing, requires no prescription or authorization, we don't have to go anywhere and it can only help us - NOT hurt us! Simple things...sometimes we forget! Be proactive and help ourselves! It's our bodies, pains, and whatever, not our doctor's! Again, thanks for the " reminder! Guest guest
Hi Everyone I have a slightly of topic question, I am looking to find a new pain relief, im not a fan of taking pills I proffer the more natural options of hydro and acupuncture but my scoliosis is getting quite bad and the pain is bad, I usually take 30/500 co-codamol however the codeine gives me extreme constipation has anyone found a pain relief that is strong without codeine? Thanks
Guest guest
Hi , I have pain in my ribs, scoliosis, & physical therapy with ultrasound helps alot. If your insurance allows it, even for 6-7 times, they will teach you stretching & range of motion that will help shoulder & neck pain also. Take care.
